Booking & cancellation

All course fees at Tennis Team Scandinavia (TTS) are split into a binding registration fee and a final payment.

The registration fee is binding and non-refundable. Once the registration fee is paid, the player's place is reserved for the duration of the course or term.

In the event of a documented injury or illness that prevents the player from continuing their participation, the final payment may, upon presentation of a medical certificate, be refunded or frozen. A frozen amount can be used as a credit towards any training form or other training arrangement at TTS.

If a player is unable to attend an individual training session, for any reason, this does not entitle them to a refund or the right to make up the missed session at another time.

If a player needs to discontinue their participation for another reason, TTS must be notified as soon as possible. TTS may then attempt to find a suitable replacement to take over the place for the remaining part of the course. TTS cannot guarantee that a replacement can be found.

If the place can be filled with a replacement, the portion of the final payment corresponding to the remaining sessions is refunded, less an administrative fee of 599 SEK. The binding registration fee is never refunded.

Booking a private lesson is binding once confirmation has been sent to the given email address. Term registration for group training applies for the whole term unless otherwise agreed.

Private lessons can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the lesson starts. Later cancellations are charged at the full price.

No payment is made on the website. Information about fees and payment is provided separately once a place or booking has been confirmed.

We sometimes take photos during our activities. Images of children are only published with the guardian's written consent, which can be withdrawn at any time.
