How do I get started?+
Send a registration of interest and we'll get back to you with group suggestions that suit level, age and preferred times.
How do we know which group is right?+
Send us your interest with age and previous experience — our coaches will suggest the right level and group.
Which group suits my child?+
We start from age and previous tennis experience, and adjust after the first sessions together with the coach.
How is level determined?+
The coach makes an assessment at the first session. For sparring and match play, level is set in a playing test.
Can you start in the middle of the term?+
Yes, if there is space in the group. After confirmed placement, the remaining weeks are invoiced separately.
How long is the term?+
16 weeks in autumn and spring, with breaks for school holidays.
What happens if I miss a session?+
We offer a make-up session, subject to availability, in another group at the corresponding level.
Does my child need their own racket?+
No, rackets are available to borrow for the first few sessions.
Can I register interest in a private lesson without a membership?+
Yes, private lessons are open to everyone. Send a registration of interest and we'll get back to you about time and coach, subject to availability.
How do I cancel a private lesson?+
Cancellation is free of charge up to 24 hours before the lesson.
Can two people share a private lesson?+
Yes, up to four players can share a lesson. The price per person drops with the number of players.
Is there parking?+
Yes, there is parking nearby at both venues.
Can I hire a racket?+
Rackets are available to borrow in the hall — ask the coach on site.
